We're Local... Like You.
We've been part of the South Auckland community since 2009, working with families like yours – often many times – from all over the region.
In 2015, to better meet the needs of families in Franklin and Waikato, we opened in Pukekohe.
We love the areas we work in so much, they're also where we live after hours (not that we get to take much time off).
That's why we know our communities so well and can cater for the wonderful diversity of culture, customs and beliefs of the people who call the region home.
In your time of need – or for pre-planning – call us to discuss how we can help...7 days.
We're local, here for people like you. And we're here to make a difficult time easier.

FAQ
Upon the passing of a loved one, what immediate steps should we follow?
First and foremost, contact the family doctor. If they’re unavailable or hadn’t seen the deceased recently, you might be advised to reach out to the police. We’re just a call away to guide and support you through this process.
How is the decision between burial and cremation made?
If the deceased didn’t express a preference, the family will need to decide together. We’re here to provide insights into both options, taking into account your financial considerations.
What is the importance of embalming?
Embalming serves three main purposes: presentation, sanitation, and preservation. It ensures a memorable and positive viewing experience, which can be a crucial step in the grieving process for some. Also helps maintain the dignity and appearance, especially during extended viewings or when transportation over distance is required.
